Let us lay out how the whole process works...
1. Send us an email at birdyblogdesigns@gmail.com with any questions you may have, or if you know what you want, let us know.
2. When you're ready to commit, we'll send you a questionnaire relating to the style, color pattern, layout, etc. and details of the order. The questionnaire will be a .pdf file which allows you to type in all of the information requested, and then some. After we have received the questionnaire, we will email you an estimated start and completion date, and a paypal invoice for the deposit amount of $20.00
3. After we have received the deposit and the questionnaire, we will use the information from the
questionnaire to create the header and the background. These are the 2 main focal points of the blog, so we will be communicating regularly to ensure that you get exactly what you want. After you have committed to the header and background, we will create any of the extras that will be used in the blog (social media buttons, post dividers, etc).
4. Upon your final approval of all blog elements and designs, you will be invoiced through paypal for the remainder of the order. Once we have received payment, we will install the blog at your .blogspot.com account.

REVISIONS
During the design process, we do not like to place restrictions on the number of revisions, we want you to love what we do. Keep in mind that the more revisions that need to be completed will result in a longer period of time before the project reaches completion. If we feel that the amount of revisions are becoming excessive, we will let you know, and we will then place a limit.
After final payment is received, we allow up to 30 days to make any minor revisions. We will not create a new blog during this 30 day period. Remember, you've already approved all elements of the project.
After we have received your final payment, minor revisions will only be made to design elements of the project and to any coding or installation errors on our part.
DESIGN CREDIT
We will place a "Designed By" icon at the bottom of your blog with a link back to our blog. You agree to leave this icon on the bottom of the blog page until ALL of our design elements have been removed from your blog. We place our button that links back to our blog in the sidebar of every blog design. This button may be moved to any part of your blog or removed at any time, but we would appreciate it if stayed. You agree to allow Little Birdy Designs to display your blog title, URL, and any design elements for promotional use on our blog.
PAYMENT
At this time, all payments are made through PayPal only. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments, and there are no extra charges or fees for this service. All services are rendered on a first come, first serve basis. If there is a wait list for a project, we will notify you in advance of any deposit payments. We will not take your money then tell you it's going to take 3 months to complete the project.
PRIVACY
We agree to keep any personal information provided to us strictly confidential. If there is a concern in regards to passwords, please set up a temporary password which we may use to install and revise the blog, then change it back when we are done. We will use our Photobucket account to host any images unless instructed otherwise.
LIABILITY
For blog re-designs and designs, you must back up your original design before we will begin any work. We will not be held responsible for any elements lost in the process of creating your new design. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes that are made by the blog owner in attempts to edit coding. Please ask us for assistance if needed, we'll be glad to help.
COPYRIGHT
The layouts and design elements of Little Birdy Designs are protected by Copyright Law. No part of any blog design may be altered, copied, shared, resold, or given away for any reason. You may not install your design on additional blogs or use any elements from your design on any other websites, message boards, or social media outlets without our written consent (excludes buttons that are intended to be shared with your readers).
We uphold the copyright of photographers, kit designers, and other graphic designers. By sending Little Birdy Designs kits or images to use with your project, you agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold Little Birdy Designs liable for any misuse.
Blog owners have the absolute right to add or edit any text elements, gadget locations, photos, and widgets in the sidebar and footer.
